Sickness

I've been sick for the past few days. I left work on Tuesday at lunch feeling slightly peaky, and woke up on Wednesday feeling even worse. After visiting the doctor (I still need a primary care physician, I went to an express care clinic) on Wednesday morning, I discovered that I had both a sinus infection and strep throat. I didn't get to begin my antibiotics until Wednesday evening, and was told I would be contagious for 48 hours afterwards, so I'm almost not contagious any longer!

For the most part it hasn't been horrible. I've been generally uncomfortable, but not in too much pain. Every now and then, my throat hurts so bad that I must heat up some Throat Comfort Tea.

While I was out, my attention span has also been completely diminished, so I've not read very much. I have however watched a decent amount of Saturday Night Live. Well, 34 and 41 pages (on Wednesday and Thursday) aren't horrible, except when you think that I try to read for a bit all day. It's been crazy!

I've also begun watching Opposite Worlds, a competition reality show on SyFy. I've watched the first two episodes so far, and it is really good so far. I think that I'll probably subscribe to it on Amazon Instant Video.

I don't have much else to discuss. I've been hanging out on the couch with Auraya, sleeping on the couch (to not to infect Allison), and generally calling the couch my home. I've been on the laptop a bit, keeping touch with work a bit.
